I distinctly remember the VERY end of this movie... and that's it. The mom tortures the little girl through it all... and then towards the end (and I can't for the life of me remember if it's mom or the little girl) heads up the stairs with a pizza cutter, grinding it into the stair railing, they enter a room, there's a shriek and that's the end of the movie. It's an older movie... but I cannot remember ANYTHING else about it, aside the fact that I've been trying to find it for YEARS. =(
