When Luke get's his father's light saber from Obi Wan, what color is it?


and tell me if you got your answer from watching the originals or the newly modified ones.

The saber is supposed to be blue, but in the original cut of the film, they messed up the coloring, and it looks more white than blue.

In the newer versions, they color corected it in most of the shots, but in others, it still looks white, except for the scene when Luke is training on The Falcon. There it looks kind of green.
