Answers:

You've got quite a list there. I've only seen a few on your queue, like "Children of Men" (very good, as was the book it's based on), "The Usual Suspects" (loved it) and American History X. You mentioned "Babel". Have you seen "Crash" yet? It's pretty good. I didn't see "Goodfellas" on your list so I don't know if you've seen that yet. I loved it even more than "The Godfather". "Suicide Club" is a rather odd Japanese film about teenagers forming clubs and committing mass suicide. Bizarre. Another bizarre movie is "Julien Donkey-Boy". It's about life as seen from a schizophrenic's point of view. Not for the faint of heart!

I also didn't notice any comedies on your lists but if you think you may be slightly interested then I can recommend "Shall We Dance", another Japanese film. By the way, there's a Jennifer Lopez version of the same title so beware and stay far away from that one!

Good luck and happy movie viewing to you! :-)
