I think you are right. The Jackass crew are huge fans of Mike Watt and his many projects (so am I). The Minutemen song "Corona" is the Jackass theme song and I have heard various fIREHOSE and Mike Watt solo songs in various skits.
To be 100% sure I would have to back and scope it out...
