Does anybody disagree with Tom Cruise playing Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg?

I really don't like the idea of Tom Cruise playing Stauffenberg.
Scientology is considered a cult by the German government and it's a slap in Stauffenberg's memory that Tom Cruise would play him. Perhaps we should boycott the movie?

What is your opinion?

I disagree with Cruise playing anyone. He has enough money to retire from movies and concentrate on other things. I know his thinking is off kilter, but why is he trying to force this down the throats of the German people? Perhaps I'm sensitive to this because my grandfather's family was from Germany, but I think Cruise should be banned from the country. He must know that he is not welcome there. I haven't seen one of his movies in years and will probably never see one again. I have no personal gripe with his Scientology, but it is offensive to the culture of Germany.
