It was like a weird clicking sound at the time that ferris, cam, and that girl were at this place, and a bunch of people were arguing (some were wearing red, some yellow)
anyway, the specific time into the movie is 38:08
its like the sound of when someone sends you an I.M in yahoo messenger. that weird plop noise, i wanna learn how to do that

all you do is open your mouth and flick with your finger i think the way you open your mouth changes the pitch... it does sound awsome when he does it though.
plus... thats a great movie... one of the best i think!
