Why do the Harry Potter films use different directors?!
Question:
Why do the Harry Potter films use different directors?
I've noticed that each film (more or less) has a different director (unlike trilogies/sequential films). I was wondering if anyone knew the logic or reasoning behind this? Was it a conscious decision by the studio? Or are the films no fun to direct, and so they can't secure the same director twice? Very curious (links apprecaited, if you know of a website where this is addressed).
