Movies that suck?
Have you noticed that some movies suck so bad you wondor why they were made in the first place? It almost seems like a waste of time, effort and money. Movies like, Elf, the brothers solomon(new), UHF, Torque, and a bunch of other ones.

Yes, some movies are unredeemable in their awfulness, like:

Chairman of the Board (1998)
any 60's Dean Martin movie where he plays spy,"Matt Helm".
Space Mutiny (1988)
Hercules in New York (1970)
Batman & Robin (1997)
America bangmungaeg (1976)
Most bad movies fall into a few categories like; Comedies so dumb that they're bad, cheaply made low-brow sci-fi, cheezy slasher horror flicks with huge plotholes, and over-the-top action/chop-saki with fight scenes and violence so unrealistic it's laughable.
I do have to disagree with you on "UHF", however. It's by no means a great movie in any sense. The acting is bad for the most part, the camera work isn't great, (probably Noodles MacIntosh's fault, haha), and has a weak plot, but some of the TV promos, shows, and dream sequences are damn hilarious! Don't forget Michael Richards', (racism scandal notwithstanding), excellently funny performance!
