What kind of light is used in this video?
In Mandy Moore's video for Cry, she is standing infront of this light that has a couple colors in it and it moves around and she puts her hands into it and it looks like kind of like a water/tunnel effect. Well, here's the video

Does anyone know what kind of light that is and if I can get one? Or maybe how to make an effect like that with something at home?? It'd be easier with something at home. PLEASE HELP!!!
