JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR, now that I read the Horsie's answer....this is merely a cinema trivia question...because I just saw American History X (again) and it just crossed my mind "how many of these graphic movies are there?"...and graphic in this case works for both sexual content and violence...

Answers:

I would have to agree with 300. That movie had more graphic fight scenes than any other movie I've seen. It made Saving Private Ryan and Gladiator look PG. From a gore standpoint, I'd say the Saw movies.

As far as sexuality goes, 8 MM with Nicholas Cage doesn't show any thing pink or purple, but the sexual connotations were very disturbing. If you're talking sex and nudity, Dinosaur Island has quite a bit.
