What is the name of this film shot (technique)?
I have seen this technique used in several films. The camera will do a very fast zoom in on a person's face, but the background remains basically the same. What is the name of this type of shot (technique)?

Maybe the dolly zoom?

I think it could work vice versa where the bg stays the same, and we zoom on the foreground (or like in your example, the face).
