What is this movie from the 80's/early 90's? Boy pretends to be a girl, plays tennis, maybe his/her name is

The guy was away at college and wanted to be closer to a girl so pretended to be a girl. There is a scene where he has to rub lotion on her back. Another scene where the roomate girl finds out he is a girl (she walks in on the roomate peeing standing up).
