Why is the decepticon tank called devastator and the toys he's called brawl. Devastator is the combiner of all 6 of the constructicons and they even had one of the constructicons in the movie bonecrusher?

They probably didn't notice they did that. They just picked the coolest name. The film doesn't really follow the cartoon story line. It's a brand new story involving those characters.
