Legal FREE ipod downloads or movie trailers and VIRUS free TOO, lol!?

Hi there! I was wondering if any of you FANTASTIC people know some LEGITIMATE websites I can go to get some FREE legal downloads for my video ipod! I've gotten a few pretty cool free ones from 'Apple' and a few 'official' sites for movies... but just wondering where the BEST ones are... and EASY ones... preferably the ones you just click the button and it goes DIRECTLY into itunes! Like 'Apple' website does! Those OTHER ones where you have to 'save' somewhere... I can't seem to 'easily' get those files into itunes... but if that's what it takes (because they are FREE, lol) I'll TAKE IT!!! I would LOVE anything free from: Smallville, Supernatural, Army Wives, Prison Break... and I would LOVE to find the trailer to the movie: The Notebook!!!! So, anything along those lines would be GREAT! ANYTHING would be GREAT, lol! Thanks a lot IN ADVANCE for any place on the net I can go! I too afraid to do the 'surf' thing... I mean I DO... but I just don't know WHICH sites to trust! THANKS

YES, any websites would be great... I keep seeing a lot of them... but no one I recognize... like for instance, the 'apple' website gives a bunch of free little 'trailers' for the ipods... so I was just wondering if 'other' free stuff was OUT there on some website(s). Thanks

I know some websites give free PodCasts, but I've never seen free movies or T.V shows or any other media. I know you can download free songs, but that's about it.
Just PodCast's and Free Music.

You might look around, you can download movies off of some websites, using torrents.
