Dude I looked all over for this thing. Through 37 pages of freaking knit hats on Ebay to Amazon to Ehats.com I found a few knit hats that somewhat resembled it. A funny side note if you're interested, I found a site that gives you the directions on how to knit one yourself. The lady said she patterened it off of the hat you're looking for but the example she displays is pink. Pink example? I know what you're thinking, and I have no idea why she would make it pink.
