@ the book release they are having a costume contest and i need to know which character to go as and how to dress. i have long blonde hair, blue eyes, and 13..pleez help me!! :)

You sound perfect to dress up as Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. She has really long blonde hair that she wears down. She would wear a white dress shirt, gray sweater, gray skirt, black tights and black dress shoes. She's from ravenclaw, so you would need a purple and white tie.
