What is the difference between a director and a producer?!

Question:

What is the difference between a director and a producer?

Answers:

Director is the immediate boss on the set of a film. He coordinates with the director of photography and with the actors to get the best possible scenes in the movie. The Producer(s) is primarily the one who puts up the money and oversee's the financial aspect of the film. EX: Spielberg is probably both a director and a producer.
