Did you see the film "Sicko"?

And, if so, what did you think of it?

Although Michael Moore is more liberal than I am, I liked the film "sicko." I mean, I did not like all the dire situations of human suffering in it- that part was very sad. But I liked the fact that someone is finally revealing the horrible truth about the greed and nefariousness of HMO's and insurance companies.

In my opinion, most insurance carriers/HMO's are the incarnation of evil.

But, what can be done?

The U.S.A. will probably never have universal, free health care- although it would be beneficial to the less affluent people of our great nation. Don't you agree?

Now, before anyone bothers to point out this fact, I am sure that Michael Moore used atypical examples of victims of HMO's, as well as obscure examples in other realms (like the doctor in England who owns the million dollar house, etc.).

I also commend Moore for helping the firefighters and the other people as well.

No, but I plan on it soon. Harry Potter will come first, though. I disagree and think that one day the US will WAKE UP and we will have national health care. It is a disgrace to this country that we don't take care of our citizens in that regard. I also think it will benefit everyone, not just the poor.
