I just watched the movie pans labyrinth and i was wondering about the part with "The pale man". Is he based on a myth, folklore, that sorta thing, or is he just a creation made by the director? If its based on something you tell me a site with info or something.

No, he came from Guillermo del Toro's own imagination. However, the character was heavily influenced by Goya's painting 'Saturn Devouring his Son'. You can see the painting here:
