I think Jack Nicholson should've got away while he had a chance instead of running to see what happened to the young guy that committed suicide. He should of jumped out of the window when everyone ran to see what happened.
Why did they cut up his brain anyway? Are mental hospitals still that cruel? Mental Hospitas remind of the concentration camps from WW2. The way people are treated is cruel.
The ending of the movie was hella messed up. I was expecting Nicholson to escape, but instead the worst happened.
