Didn't barricade die early in the transformers movie?
In the new transformers movie, bumblebee and barricade square off early on and while it doesn't show the actual fight sequence, it shows barricade left in a heap on the floor. Later on in the movie, it shows barricade up and running again. Do the decepticons have a medic that they never show?

I am not sure but as mysteriously as he reappeared, he disappeared. Initially, I thought he's still alive at the end of the movie but recent rumours says that he's dead too. If you see the dumping of Megatron into the Laurentian Abyss, there is a broken police car door in a heap of Decepticon junk. From what I heard, after Prime took out Bonecrusher, he threw Barricade to a pillar but it was never shown.
