First, you need to download utorrent at www.utorrent.com Once you find a movie on a website you would like to download, the movie will be downloaded through this program. Be sure you go to preferences and choose it to be the default program to download torrents with.
After you get that set up, you can download thousands of movies, cds, programs, tv shows and pretty much anything you want at www.torrentspy.com, www.torrentscan.com, and www.demonoid.com although you need to be a member on demonoid.
I did some research and torrentspy is the most popular torrent downloading site on the internet, so you will be sure to find what you are looking for there.
If you do not like the sites I provided you, you can find one you like yourself on this list of the top 35 sites of 2007 to download movies and all the other stuff I listed
