An old cartoon network movie involving dinosaurs and a big city and a circus?
all i can remember from the moive is that theres this t-rex thats really nice and other dinosaurs that take this poor little boy around a city. they see a rich girl sitting on her balcony all lonely, he likes her, and she goes with them. they end up at a circus or something with this short man with a mustache and he makes the dinosaurs really mean. they're eyes turn all red and they stop being nice to the kids, and then the little boy cries, and then the dinosaurs change back. i think. is there anyone awesome enough to give me the title of this movie?
