Sean Flynn is presumed dead. He went missing with Dana Stone in 1970 they were presumed to have been excecuted in 1971. He was declared legally dead in 1984.
Tim Page a fellow Photojournalist is said to have discovered evidence that he was indeed dead. Two bodies were found that matched the descriptions of Dana Stone and Sean Flynn in 1991. Though in 2002 author Jeffrey Meyers wrote that Sean Flynn died in 1971 from a lethal injection of malaria medication. and was buried in an unknown place.
