There's a french movie where 3,4 guys help their friends by scaring away the tax collector..what's its name?

one of the persons they help is an old lady which the tax collector wants to evict from her house, or something like that.. and they put a poster with a snake on the door that said something like "when i'm not home my friend here is free to go anywhere in the house"...anyway i don't remember very well all the details.the film is a comedy and it was made aproximately in 2000...thanks!
