What is the best and worst Superhero movie?!

What is the best and worst Superhero movie?
I'm a superhero nut. I love comic books of superheroes and their film adaptation. My question is which is the best and worst ones?
Which one stayed true to the source material and was exciting and which one totally deviated and is considered dull.
Anything based on a comic book is allowable. This includes:-
DC characters, Marvel Characters, Image Characters (Turtles and the like), Vertigo(V for Vendetta and Hellblazer(constantine) etc), Hellboy, History of Violence, Road to Perdition, Spawn, Sin City, Men in Black and Tank Girl.
I'd say the best was Batman Begins just because it was true to the essence of Batman and had the correct tone.
The Worst was most probably Tank Girl, my god did that suck. Why did Malcolm McDowell (Heroes' Mr Linderman, Clockwork Orange's Alec) star in that?
