Is harry potter still for kids? like i saw this article?

i read this article a few hours ago on yahoo.. and i wanna know your opinion is it?

Well, the books mature along with Harry. Remember, in the first book, Harry is only 11. In Order Of The Phoenix, he's 15. By the time the story ends with Deathly Hallows, Harry will be 17.

So, the books are universal, but do get scarier and darker as Harry matures.

Also, the last two films are rated PG-13, if that makes a difference.
