how do you solve the third puzzle. ive seen the hints, but i still dont understand what im supposed to do

Okay, it's like checkers. The point is to move the lights over one another until all the lights are out. You see the lights on the bottom that aren't lit, well you move one of the lit lights into that space and go from there.
