"Ah, Venice" from The Last Crusade, mainly because I wish I was the chick in this scene, haha.

"Drank up me hearties, yo ho!" the very last line of the first Pirates movie, I love it, always gives me goose bumps.

"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" from Gone With the Wind, Rhett is h-o-t hot and that line just makes me love him more.

Oh, also this isn't really a single line more a speech, when Sam is talking to Frodo in Mordor, talking about Strawberies in the Shire. It's about 10 minutes before this that I start crying in this movie everytime I watch it and don't stop until the end. I must have seen ROTK 20 times at least, but god it gets me every time
Oh, yes, definitley several lines from Forest Gump.


Another, the whole "I do believe in fairies, I do, I do" in the 2003 version of Peter Pan. I always start crying during this and actually saying I do believe in fairies" under my breath
