Does anyone know what this movie is called?
The year that I saw the movie was around 1977-1983. I was staying in Los Angeles area. I only remember pieces of the movie & it goes something like this:
1. A boy & a girl were walking w/either their pets or they saw two pets. One was A black cat & the other was a short brown & white dog that looked like a hound dog. They all came to some stairs that lead to the clouds and into another world. The cat became a lady dressed in a black dress and the dog became a man dressed in brown and white clothes. The 4 of them came to a house that an old lady lived & gaved them cookies & milk. 2. They walked into a forest & they stayed in a big tree to keep them safe from lighting then they had to run til they found a mansion like house. I remembered they slid on the railings of the stairs. 3. They went to a weird place where all these children and young people were in these white sheets & they were waiting to be born. The 1 that played the dog I think also played on an old Charmens TP commercial.
