I know it has a lot of sexual content, but is it very graphic?

Depending on the age of the viewer, I would day it's very graphic. There are very open sex scenes with female full frontal nudity, as well as partial male nudity. There is a scene with masturbation, in which you don't see the actual act, but you see the movement. There is also a pedophile in the film, who goes to a pool to watch children swim.

All in all, i would definitely say it's a film for adults.
