Horror movie from the 70"s ----I need help!?

NOt much to go on but its a color movie from the 70's...it involves a "haunted/poscessed" house. Some scenes were: a large porcelin hand is moving by itself(on a shelf) and then later it appears in a coach all by itself? There is a family in the home- Mom and Dan, and son. The Mom gets killed by a "floating knife". At the end of the movie, the only person left alive is the son who is shown playing by himself(might have been on a swing) but he then joined by an invisible "friend". Any ideas?

Sorry to complain ..but look at the details....NO MENTION OF A MUMMY! Its more like a ghost/haunting type movie!! Keep trying!

Definitely sounds like an English film...they came up with some really good ideas for horror, then. I wished I could give you something more to go on, but those type films were so obscure and rarely shown. Do as the first poster suggests and google "Hammer Films" or "British Horror of the 70s". You most likely will find it there.
