Has anyone watched "The Bourne Identity "and then read the book?
The story is almost nothing like the movie, only the characters are somewhat simular in name only not the story. I was just surprised at the difference, anyone feel the same?

Yeah, the film and the book are very different. If you like to see exactly what you saw in the book, look for a made for TV film of the same name, starring Richard Chamberlain and Jaclyn Smith. I can't remember everything now, but I'd say it's 90-95% same as the book.
If you think these two are nothing alike, wait until you read the Bourne Supremacy, it will mess up your brain completely, there is no similarities between the 2 at all! I like the films very much, but I prefer the books, especially Bourne Supremacy because it's a completely different story to what's in the film.
