Directors & Bad acting question?
I have seen movies where the actors give poor shots. Sure, it might be there first movie (their debut) but how is it possible that the Director passes the shot? If I were the director, I'd never let an imperfect shot pass. Eg. there was this movie I saw recently...and very clearly, the actor's expression did not match the scene. She had to really be sad, but she had an uncomfortable smile like expression on her face...like she was trying to show her sadness, but wasn't succeeding. How in the world can the director be OK with it and let it go? Beats me.

there are more than directors and actors in a film. the editors have a lot to do with it to. there is this thing called coverage that a good director with his camera person will get to avoid all the bad shots. also they could have run out of money to finish film.
