Movie Question.....?!

Question:

I have a movie that is 705 mb i need it to be about 700 mb to fit on the CD, how can I shrink it, does anyone know of any saoftware????

you can use Microsoft compressed zip or Winrar and powerzip
If you want to run on CD you can only cut it .
