How do I download films from Joox?!

How do I download films from Joox?
It gets as far as "connecting" but thats it! Does anyone know?
Answers:
use mozilla firefox web browser to open the movie for viewing not internet explorer, then click on tools then download helper and you should see the file there with a red icon in the list, right click it and save in my documents or wherever when its downloaded rename the file to the movie name and add .mpg ........so its something like 174556 then rename it to greenmile.mpg then you can burn to disc and watch whenever. ;-)
