i mean i had such a nice feeling after i watched it..something like 60's - 70's hippie feeling.i wanna watch a movie to make me feel that way again.anyone?

I'd definitely recommend that you watch BLOW (another movie with Johnny Depp doing drugs). It doesn't take place entirely in the 60s/70s, but a good amount of it does.
I don't think you'll find too many films that come close to FEAR & LOATHING (Gilliam is one of a kind), but BLOW is definitely in the same sort of vein as what you seem to have enjoyed about FEAR & LOATHING.
You might even enjoy VELVET GOLDMINE (with Ewan McGregor & Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and BREAKFAST ON PLUTO (with Cillian Murphy). They're more about the glam scene, but they have a similar vibe to what you're looking for.
Others to consider... maybe BOOGIE NIGHTS, SID AND NANCY, and SLUMS OF BEVERLY HILLS.
