What movie is this?
It's an older movie, I think maybe a war movie. The thing that I remember of it is that a big plane was crashing and they were doing their best to land it. There was a guy in this glass thing under the plane and he drew a picture of a plane with wheels (their plane had no wheels) and at that point cartoon wheels popped out on their plane and they landed safely.
