Can someone please explain the movie Pan's Labyrinth to me ?
I dont understand the bit where she goes with the fairy's to the place where the man with no eyes and the food is. What was the point of turning the key? Why wasnt she allowed to eat from the table? Did that creature eat children ?
I thought that she wasnt allowed to eat from the table because the creature ate children so if she did eat from his table it would be like she was eating children too..

If she ate from his table, he would wake up. Since she was trying to slip in and out without him catching her, it was a bad idea to eat his food.
