Movie help?

Okay, there was this cartoon movie I remember seeing a while ago but I can't remember what it's called.
Things I can remember:
There's a girl and a guy in a meadow of orange flowers in the beginning and as she's picking flowers, she's kidnapped by a red dragon. She gets to this place where there are seven girl dwarves and they go on a journey with her to find the prince
Ummm, they visit mother nature in one scene and in another the evil person pretends to be the prince.
Oh! and in one of the final scenes, the evil guy has a cloak that turns anything into stone if its wrapped around you and he turns the dwarves into stone.

I bet you won't know what I'm talking about from this description, but it's the best I can do. Please help if you can!

Oh my gosh! I know exactly what you're talking about! No one has freaking seen this movie! It's called Happily Ever After (not to be confused with the Drew Barrymore movie where she plays a form of Cinderella with the same title) Yeah the main girl has long black hair and the dwarfs have powers and the youngest is trying to learn to control hers. Haha wow I thought I was the only one who has seen it before.
