Remember Superman Returns, when Elaine takes her son and goes into Lex's boat... there was a track that was playing... anyone got any idea what this track is called?

It's called "Habanera," an aria from the opera Carmen by Georges Bizet.
According to the end credits, the version of "Habanera" that is heard in the film is performed by the Slovak Royal Symphony Orchestra with Alexander Rahbari conducting, and is available on the Naxos music label. However, a check of the Naxos website shows there is a typo in the end credits; it should read Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra (instead of Royal). The recording is available on multiple albums through iTunes.
