if you are using internet explorer, well thats your first problem
if you dont already, get firefox.
when you do, go to addons.mozilla.org and search for an addon called "Download Helper"
download it and an icon should appear to the right of the address bar. load the page that has the movie and hit play if it doesnt start playing directly and when it does start , the little icon should begin to turn from grey to colored and start to do a twirling animation, when it does, click it, and a dropdown box should have a bunch of numbers (ex: 1137289.divx or just 1137289). click that and pick where the file should be downloaded to. it will probably be a big file so just be patient while it downloads. u can play it in the divX player
