Help me find this video from the 90's?
It was a little kid video and i'd watch it when i was little and it was like my favorite video it was from the 90's

A boy pouring blue balls into a glass

A big dancing rag doll
The Jacket Flip
Blue Suede Shoes
A cartoon of this little baby taking a bath
and Balloons going up to the sky at the very end

Sounds like one of the 'Baby Songs' videos featuring the songs of Hap Palmer. Our two kids loved those videos. The rag doll was in the video for the song 'Raggedy Rag Doll' and the balloons going up to the sky were featured with the title song.
