Are there any good magic users in any Disney films?!

Question:

Are there any good magic users in any Disney films?

For the purposes of this question, "magic users" has been defined as humans or other creatures who study and use magic that is not innate to their species.

(i.e. Jafar, Madam Mim, and Ursula qualify as magic users. The Genie, the Fairy Godmother, and the three Good Fairies do not qualify as magic users.)

So far, we have come up with these cases:
Merlin
Mary Poppins (Possibly disqualified if her "magic" is really only imagination after all.)

Are there any other good magic users in Disney movies as a whole?

I mean non-evil magic users, not magic users who are good at what they do.

I mean non-evil magic users, not magic users who are good at what they do. I FULLY understood your question. So here goes:
1. Merlin (Sword In The Stone)
2. Mary Poppins
3. Rafiki (Lion King)
4. Tanana (Brother Bear)
5. The Sorcerer and Mickey Mouse (Fantasia-Sorcerer's Apprentice)
6. Miss Price (Bedknobs and Broomsticks) Source(s):
My girlfriend because I have young kids, disney movies are like on everyday!!! Ummm what about the witch in Cinderella or fairy god mother!!! Malificant in Sleeping Beauty is an excellent magic user. Becasue, basiclaly, she uses magic throughout the whole movie. And she's a human. Merlin from Sword in the Stone.

And why are the Fairy Godmother and fairies disqulaified again? Did they not use magic? And are they not good? The fairy (?) in Pinocchio

Triton in the Little Mermaid

In Beauty and the Beast the sorceress is good, but not exactly a main character

Miss Price in Bedknobs and Broomsticks the guy from the black cauldron.. Dalban. (I'm not sure on the spelling anymore.. it's pronounced Dooben through out most of the movie, but in the book it's spelled different)

Oh, and another (since you didn't say animated films.. just disney)

Eglantine Price from Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Tia and Tony (well, ALL of the "cast aways" really) from Escape to Witch Mountain.. (and it's sequel)
Artemis and Apolla from Twitches.

And it's almost a free for all with the Halloweentown movies..

Hmm.. and for another person's question in one of the answers.. I think the fairies and the like are not counted because they aren't so much doing magic, as being it.. Most of them really don't have to work to do it.. Whereas.. for example, the twins in Escape to Witch Mountain, they have the ability, but have to learn and struggle with it before they can really succeed at it.. and by nature of what they are in the black/white world of most disney movies most magical creatures such as fairies, unicorns, etc.. they are almost always on one side or the other.. they don't choose the side.
