They are fantastic movies, lots of great laughs!! Rush hour 1, 2 and 3. It's continued. By Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker. Very very funny. If it's Chinese movies, I'll choose Secret, Bu neng suo de mi mi by Jay chou. If you're looking for a good laugh, I would recommend 'The Birdcage', 'The Great Outdoors', 'Looney Tunes: Back in Action', 'Wild Hogs', 'Maverick', and 'America's Sweethearts'.
If you're looking for horror, I would recommend 'Secret Window' and 'Pit and the Pendulum' (older movie with Vincent Price, but there are others that he did that were quite good...just can't think of which ones).
If you're looking for suspense, I would recommend the Hannibal Lector trilogy and 'The Panic Room'.
If you're looking for romance, I would recommend 'The Runaway Bride', 'Pretty Woman', 'The Phantom of the Opera' (2004), 'Ever After', 'Pride & Prejudice' (most recent one), 'Moulin Rouge' and 'Gone with the Wind'.
If you're looking for drama, I would highly recommend 'Memoirs of a Geisha' and 'Elizabeth'.
If you're looking for action, I would recommend the Indiana Jones trilogy, the (original) Star Wars trilogy, the two Lara Croft movies, '300' (highest recommendation from me on that one), the 'X-men' trilogy, and 'The Hunt for Red October'.
If you're looking for fantasy/sci-fi, I would recommend 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy, the Star Trek films (especially 'Star Trek: Nemesis'), and (again) the original Star Wars trilogy.
