Can a female please suggest a feel-good movie?!

Question:

Can a female please suggest a feel-good movie?

I am 36 and I am feeling a little sad and I would like to cozy up to a good movie. My oldest child is pre-teening on me, I yelled at the other children too much this morning, I miss my husband and we are currently very broke. I am a Christian (so no GD words or cussing) and I pray that God is helping me, but I think a good movie will help me get back my perspective.

if you are a male and have a good idea, please present I love the movie "Pay it Forward"-Helen Hunt and Kevin Spacey~it is about "what comes around goes around", and that you should do good for others having faith that they will someday return the favor to someone. Another good one is "At First Sight" with Val Kilmer and Mira Sorvino~he is hoping that his life will be better with sight, when in reality things became more difficult, and it shows the struggles of a relationship and the outcome of success through difficult times. BOTH are excellent movies, they are good movies that have a twist ending, but both are EXCELLENT!!! (not to mention that you can probably pick them both up at the library for FREE!!, that way there is not any opening of the purse!LOL)

Cheer up honey, it will get better. Have faith and remember that through all things there is love. God wouldn't bring you to it if he wouldn't bring you through it!!!! Keep your head high, smile and know that all things happen for a reason, even if they are not apparent right at this moment.

GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS!!!! =D Tristan And Isold Daddies Little Girls, by Tyler Perry it is on DVD and also on ON DEMAND if you have access..kid friendly and very feel good, very very feel good. Lighten up on yourself too, things will get better , and if you think of all the suffering going on in this world you may not feel so alone. Be thankful for what you have been blessed with. i know there are more but i'm having a brain fart sorry These aren't necessarily "chick flicks" but "Remember the Titans" and "Radio" are both inspirational movies about what people can do, and how they can positively affect your life. I would recommend the Notebook if you have not seen this. It's a very clean movie with a surprise ending. SIMON BIRCH: I promise you will love it, its inspirational, heart-warming, and very touching..... Sorry you are feeling blue. I always watch old movie favorites to cheer up.

Hope you feel better soon. Dwayne "The Rock " Johnson has a new movie coming out called "The Game Plan" . It is a Disney movie and looks so adorable . You could go to the matinee.

I too am a Christian and don't like movies with profanity ,nor violence or nudity .

Its such a shame that they feel that they can't make a descent movie without all the "uglies" . A good family movie .Anymore they are few and far between .

I'm 46 and love Disney movies.

They make these nonsense movies and wonder why the world is so full of hate and violence .

God Bless! The Notebook...a great movie that will help you to appreciate everything you have. 1.Sense and Sensibility -" Adults will be pleased to see a balance of passion and purity. There's no sex (not even a kiss), just a tender story of love and devotion. Virtues lending themselves to family discussion include loyalty, kindness, self respect, honesty, modesty in courtship, the riches of good character over an ample dowry and resisting the temptation to engage in reckless romanticism."
