Ida, I think you are talking about The Omen..? Thats supposed to be very scary Ive heard. 1. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Make sure to get the original because it seems much more realistic than the newer ones, and has very creepy music. It's based on the serial killer Ed Gein.)

2. Hellraiser (Anything to do with hell or people from hell is pretty scary)

3. Candyman (Makes mirrors scary!)

4. They (If you are afraid of what lurks in the dark, this one will get to you at night)

5. "The Devil's Daughter", aka "La Setta" (Just a very creepy surreal movie that's more strange and haunting than scary) The orginial Exorcist, The Excorcism of Emily Rose, The original Omen, All of the "Dead" movies, & Showgirls. just because show girls was stupid doesnt make it "scary"
