I know the purpose of the machine, what I was wondering is what is the name for it? It was supposed to be a old treatment for schizophrenia. Or as one of the characters said "what would drive a sane man mad would drive a mad man sane". I know kinda silly but a excellent haunted house movie.

Okay It took me forever but I found it. Saturation chamber was the name it lists on the script.
