How should i watch the star wars movies?
Ive seen all of them.
but i was pretty little when i saw the oldermovies.
i was just wondering, for the best "experience"
which movies should i watch first?
the older ones? or in order?

Answers: I am firm believer in watching them in the order they were released. A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
Can you Imagine, how anti-climactic Empire would be, if you watched the prequels first? watch the orignals first, then the new ones...they were meant to be watched like that and it is more enjoyable. its great to watch the whole thing unravel.... u should watch it in a big screen in a dark room. and start from "the empire strikes back" staring Harrison Ford. the new ones basically confuse u further with all those effects and the acting by the young actor/actress are lousy! so start with the old ones which are more story based than "starlets" base. forget about special effects, grap the story first. Mr. Lucas would probably like you to watch them in order of whichever episode they are but I'm going to have to agree that viewing the older ones first is the way to go. that is a very good question, i think i would start with the order they were realease, but then again it may also depend on my mood... or i might just say w/e and watch in the actual order of what heppened b4 wht...so i would feel like a total idiot..i am leaning more towards the in order from newest to later ones. i think u should watch them in the original order, A New Hope -> Empire Strikes Back -> Return of the Jedi -> Phantom Menace -> Attack of the Clones -> Revenge of the Sith.
Personally I think there's a reason why George Lucas wanted to make the franchise in this order. When he wated to do the first movie, he could foresee that in 21st century, the film industry will be far greater than it was years ago. So he chose the Luke's story first as to show the harsh after the sith took over the world. Then to make Anakin's story now is to show the great era of technology. So I think Lucas is truly a genius.
