you are delusional....study a bit harder before you start. The standard length of a TV movie script is no different from that of a theatrical movie, depending on the length. Usually, 90 minutes equals 90 pages, a two-hour script (120 min.) is 120 pages, etc. The whole "44 minutes plus commercials" factor is something you don't have to worry about while writing. Everything else is taken into account during editing and post-production (when the dialogue dubbing, Foley mixing, soundtrack and everything else is added.)
